Job summary

Myriad360 in Delaware on-site is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist who ensures accuracy of on-hand inventory, conducts daily cycle counts, resolves discrepancies, and partners with Order Management, Warehouse Operations, and Finance.

You will present inventory health to leadership, help implement process improvements, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Must be based in the United States and on-site daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain in tech/distribution.
• Experience with ERP systems for inventory transactions is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret aging, variance, and adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts across company-owned and customer-owned inventory.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, tracing root causes to receiving, put-away, or system entry errors.
• Maintain clean records to support audits and monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Present inventory health and issues to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Support process improvements in inventory workflows and system controls.
