Astemo, Ltd. is seeking a logistics professional to manage shipping schedules, inbound receiving, and material handling in a warehouse environment.

You will coordinate outbound shipments, track progress to ship dates, and ensure ERP data aligns with scheduling agreements to support uninterrupted production. The role requires cycle counting, inventory accuracy, MRP data integrity, and the ability to train or substitute for other material handlers.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in supply chain or logistics preferred.
• 2 to 4 years in warehousing, material handling, or inventory control within automotive or manufacturing.
• Understanding of how inventory accuracy supports customer demand and order fulfillment.
• Working knowledge of MRP logic and inventory-driven net requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Determine customer shipping schedules and quantities using EDI, interfaces, and ERP data.
• Prioritize outbound fulfillment and track progress to ship dates.
• Receive and inspect inbound shipments, posting goods receipts within 4 hours.
• Handle materials to support production with tight inventory control.
• Execute daily ABC-based cycle counts with 99%+ inventory accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis within 48 hours.
• Maintain accurate on-hand, location, and lot data in ERP for MRP.
• Apply PCNL instructions to lot segregation, quarantine, and disposition.
• Direct, train, or substitute for other material handlers as needed.
• Lead or support physical inventory events with audit-ready documentation.
