Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Chanhassen, MN seeks a Customer Experience Representative to deliver high‑quality service by phone and written inquiries, resolve issues, and process account updates.

You’ll use product knowledge to support retention and upsell opportunities while meeting quality, productivity, and attendance goals. A2-year experience and MS Office skills are preferred; onsite schedule Mon-Fri 7am-7pm.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 1-2 years of experience, or equivalent combination.
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Background in sales and/or upselling.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and motivated to learn.

• Handle inbound customer calls and written inquiries with professionalism.
