Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, chat, and more
• Accurately enter orders from phone, email, fax, EDI, and website
• Respond confidently and professionally to customer inquiries
• Manage the website “chat” feature and resolve issues in real-time
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns with a positive attitude
• Set up and maintain customer accounts in the ERP system
• Update customer data as needed and document all interactions
• Follow internal processes—and help improve them when possible
• Stay calm, focused, and organized in high-volume situations
• Assist with customer service projects and support the broader team
