Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Background in sales and/or upselling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and written inquiries with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Meet performance goals for quality, productivity, and attendance.
• Process customer requests, documentation, and correspondence.
