Ideal candidates have at least a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years in customer success or retention, with strong written and spoken communication, and a reliable, motivated work ethic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum two years of customer success/retention experience.
• Mastery level written and spoken communication, through use of word-processing programs, creating spreadsheets, writing email, and speaking on the phone.
• Reliable, hardworking, and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with pickups, general inquiries.
• Escalating calls needing more attention.
• Providing prompt, courteous, and efficient routing where necessary.
