Job summary

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Buffalo, NY.

This full-time on-site role runs 7:00 am to 4:00 pm at our 17 Court Street offices, handling inbound customer requests by phone and assisting with pickups and general inquiries. Ideal candidates have at least a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years in customer success or retention, with strong written and spoken communication, and a reliable, motivated work ethic.

• Minimum two years of customer success/retention experience.
• Mastery level written and spoken communication, through use of word-processing programs, creating spreadsheets, writing email, and speaking on the phone.
• Reliable, hardworking, and motivated.

Buffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound customer service requests via phone
• Assisting customers with pickups, general inquiries
• Escalating calls needing more attention
• Providing prompt, courteous, and efficient routing where necessary
