Job summary

Vendidit, headquartered in Austin, TX, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale relationship across our growing platform portfolio. You will guide onboarding, establish health metrics, and coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure value realization for customers.

The role is onsite five days a week in Austin, with a base salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 per year plus bonuses, and a focus on retention, renewal, and customer advocacy.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in customer success or post-sale roles.
• Experience onboarding customers from signature to value delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding from contract to first value.
• Maintain proactive account health and renewal planning.
• Route requests to the right internal owners.
• Provide regular reporting on activity and results.
• Identify expansion opportunities with sales.
