Job summary

Invicti is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Austin, TX, to lead post-sales activities and build strong relationships with a diverse customer base.

You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering to align messaging and drive renewals, expansions, and advocacy.

The role requires 2–3 years in SaaS CS or AM, English and Spanish, and willingness to travel; the team operates in a hybrid model with weekly in-office days.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience.
• Professional English and Spanish verbal and written communication.
• Experience building relationships with clients and managing renewals/upsells.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills; excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales activities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Represent the voice of the customer across teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering to ensure clear messaging.
• Renew and expand partnerships to drive growth.
• Track quarterly metrics on retention, pricing and upsells.
• Drive customer adoption, training and best-practice development.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and analyze data for recommendations.
• Monitor churn risk and coordinate mitigation.
