Responsibilities

• Manage quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders with precision.
• Respond to a minimum of 40 calls per day in an inbound call center.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and complaints; process orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Provide status of orders, quotes, returns, product audits, credits and rebill requests.
• Track order shipments and provide proof of delivery on request.
• Provide basic account balance information for invoices and may process payments.
• Process document requests and credit/debit memos as per policy.
