Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior inside sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Check data accuracy in orders and update as needed.
• Handle RFQ requests and quotes via phone/email.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of sales orders and update customers on status.
• Input quotes and obtain approvals from customers; support outside sales when needed.
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts and related sales data.
