Job summary

AWT, located in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a customer service/order management specialist. You will process orders, confirm specifications, and coordinate with planning, sales, and manufacturing to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• 1-2 years printing experience or related industry exposure.
• Minimum 3-5 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between customer, planning, sales, manufacturing and scheduling.
• Validate customer PO and specs against quotes; communicate discrepancies.
• Inform customer of ship dates and status; collaborate with sales.
• Document changes; inform pricing updates to customer.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with service and communication.
• Initiate job orders with complete and accurate data.
• Provide information for all functional areas as needed.
• Manage customer-owned inventory and coordinate with shipping.
• Work with production planning to optimize profitability.
• Follow ISO SOPs as trained.
