Job summary

Meduit is hiring a Customer Service Representative for onsite at our Charlotte, NC location. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with account balances, payments, and questions, and provide clear information to resolve issues efficiently.

The position runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, with a start date of 11/16/2026 and base pay of $16–$18 per hour plus performance incentives. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for internal growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role (call center, retail, office, front desk, administrative, or similar).
• Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems (Outlook, Word, Excel or similar).
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in account-related conversations.
• Demonstrated reliability and consistent work history.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer account balances.
• Explain balances, payments, and options clearly and professionally.
• Set up payment arrangements and process transactions by phone.
• Document interactions accurately across multiple systems.
• Follow workflows, scripts, and compliance requirements.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.
• Assist customers with available support or financial assistance programs.
