Job summary

Meduit in Waco, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers with account questions, payments, and issue resolution. This onsite role handles inbound and outbound calls to maintain accurate records and deliver a positive customer experience.

The position requires 1+ year in a customer-facing role, strong communication, and proficient computer skills. Compensation ranges from $15 to $17 per hour base plus incentives, with full-time on-site duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience (call center, retail, office, front desk, administrative, or similar).
• Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong computer skills across multiple systems (Outlook, Word, Excel or similar).
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally about accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer account balances.
• Explain balances, payments, and available options clearly and professionally.
• Set up payment arrangements and process transactions over the phone.
• Document all interactions accurately while navigating multiple systems.
• Follow workflows, scripts, and compliance requirements.
• Meet productivity and quality performance goals.
• Assist customers with available support or financial assistance programs when applicable.
