Job summary

Sirius Staffing is hiring immediately for on-site, full-time Customer Service Representative openings with a large utility company in West Monroe, LA. The role begins with a 6-week paid training from 8am to 5pm, with attendance required.

After training, you may work a rotating schedule of 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, or 10am-7pm, Monday through Friday. You will interact with customers to provide information, process orders, handle inquiries, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of related experience (preferred).
• Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, or by mail regarding accounts, products, services, pricing, and shipping.
• Resolve issues related to orders, returns, special requests, or complaints.
• Maintain accurate records and investigate discrepancies or errors.
• Coordinate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure service needs are met.
• Provide guidance and support to junior representatives; assist with training, onboarding, and coaching.
• Analyze customer feedback and identify trends.
