LU Service Corp. in Joplin, MO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences both in person and over the phone. You will be the face of Liberty, ensuring satisfaction and accurate information about services.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with a one-hour lunch. The role emphasizes clear communication, problem solving, and professional service, with opportunities to learn and grow within a team-oriented company.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service required; excellent telephone etiquette, verbal communication, and customer relation skills.
• Must possess organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; aptitude for math.
• Cashiering experience highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide accurate information regarding Liberty services and guidelines.
• Communicate to field and office personnel regarding routine and emergency situations.
• Process customer contacts promptly and respond respectfully, professionally, and timely to evaluate, advise, and expedite requests.
• Develop ability to diagnose by reviewing and resolving delinquent accounts and assist with payment arrangements.
• Respond to customer emergencies and coordinate between field operations and customers.
• Field after-hours calls and assist with service restoration as needed.
• Perform other customer-focused duties as needed.
• Answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information.
• Maintain punctual and reliable attendance.
