Job summary

DEX Imaging is seeking a part-time, onsite Experienced Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering clear, professional communication to customers and internal teams. The role emphasizes empathy, multitasking, and timely problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in customer service or call centers, strong MS Office skills, and a customer-first mindset. Onsite hours are 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Identify customer needs and provide timely, helpful solutions.
• Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department.
• Track, document, and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
