Job summary

Tryfacta, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Representative for our client in Sacremento, CA 95814. This is a temporary contract assignment onsite in California.

The role requires handling customer queries, processing work orders, and maintaining professional contact with residents and clients. Schedule is Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm and Friday 7:30am-4:30pm, with every other Friday off, totaling about 80 hours every two weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer support environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• California Driver License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and to establish rapport with every caller/visitor.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Processing work orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints after calls/visits.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Foster ongoing relationships by resolving any issues quickly.
• Respond to rental inquiries and assist with on-site marketing tasks.
