Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division seeks a Customer Service Representative for our Omaha, NE facility. The role is onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, focusing on order entry, scheduling, and customer updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing/operations environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule orders from Entry to Shipment, coordinating with engineering and manufacturing.
• Maintain scheduling data and monthly sales/backlog reporting.
• Prepare or revise ISO work instructions and maintain plant metrics.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving and customer communications.
• Process expediting, change notices, and light invoicing tasks as needed.
• Lead daily production meetings to align manufacturing schedules.
• Represent customer service in meetings and assist other CS roles as needed.
