Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in Omaha, NE is seeking a Customer Service Representative onsite, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm. You will handle order entry to shipment, communicate with customers, and support plant metrics.

You will maintain data for monthly financial goals, schedules, and coordinate with engineering, drafting, and field sales to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in manufacturing/operations; relocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing/operations environment.
• No relocation assistance is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles geographical radius of Omaha NE.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration visas for this position.

Responsibilities

• Schedule orders from entry to shipment and maintain scheduling data.
• Maintain master schedules and accurate sales/backlogs data.
• Communicate status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare ISO work instructions and participate in ISO meetings.
• Lead daily production meetings and coordinate with engineering and field sales.
• Process expedites, invoices, and credit memos.
• Archive and organize order folders and reports.
