Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division seeks an Order Clerk at the Wilsonville, OR facility. This onsite role runs M-F, 6:00am-3:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm with overtime possibilities and includes a $47k-$69k annual salary plus eligibility for a variable incentive program.

The position supports order entry in AS400, Vista and MAPICs, data analysis for warehousing, cycle counting, and continuous interaction with the SC team to improve ERP systems and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience in a manufacturing, operations, distribution, or purchasing environment.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Wilsonville, OR considered.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or other visa processes.

Responsibilities

• Running morning activities; Power-Bl reports that provides data for OTP, Production and Warehouse
• Entering orders in AS400, Vista and MAPICs for the product lines
• Sharing responsibility for the accuracy of all inventories at the site
• Data analysis driving adjustments to the warehousing process and replenish types with Supply Chain (SC) Buyers
• Cycle Count Program and its reporting
• Interfaces with SC Buyers and Material Handlers to improve warehousing and ERP systems
• Owns disposition on Excess & Obsolete Inventory and PPAPs through interface with SC Buyers
• Work with SC team for Kanban analysis, maintenance, orders and Kanban check process
• MRO inventory Liaison
• Supports SOPs by creating/updating documents and locations
