Job summary

Drive Sally is seeking a Customer Relations Associate for their Long Island City facility. This full-time, on-site role supports drivers across chat, SMS, phone, and email, owning issues end-to-end and coordinating with multiple internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Strong customer service, problem-solving, and clear communication are essential, with Spanish a plus. Compensation is hourly, with a schedule from 9am to 6pm; benefits include PTO, 401k, and medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service with strong communication or empathy.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line support for customer interactions via SMS, phone, and email.
• Diagnose escalated issues and resolve them directly when possible.
• Route issues to the appropriate internal teams and track progress until resolved.
• Own escalations end-to-end and keep the driver informed throughout.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service and Repair, Payments, Claims, and other teams to ensure timely resolutions.
