Job summary

Sally is hiring a Customer Experience Associate in Las Vegas, NV to deliver fast, accurate support across in-person, phone, and email interactions. You will onboard drivers, manage accounts, and ensure a seamless rental experience with a focus on satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include handling documentation, coordinating vehicle handoffs, and maintaining adherence to policies while adopting new processes and standards. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Strong communication skills with customers.
• High attention to detail in documentation and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Professional and patient when handling escalations.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line support in person, on the phone, and via email.
• Complete driver onboarding, including pricing communication, contract execution, and upselling add-on services.
• Provide best-in-class customer service with knowledge of rideshare policies.
• Manage driver and vehicle accounts and keep records accurate.
• Coordinate vehicle rentals, returns, and repairs to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Capture necessary information promptly for charge and claims processes.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate trends to leadership.
