Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PM, business administration, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex projects.
• Experience leading customer-facing projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from proposal through deployment using standard delivery processes.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans: scope, objectives, resources, schedules, milestones.
• Serve as primary customer interface, building partnerships and aligning expectations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams: Sales, Engineering, Product, Production, Service, Supply Chain.
• Ensure requirements, specs, schedules, and budgets are defined and communicated.
• Facilitate project team meetings, drive communication, and monitor progress.
• Monitor budgets, risks, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
• Lead multiple projects from $200K to $100M+ in value.
• Support pre-execution activities including quotes and proposals.
• Manage post-execution activities and customer acceptance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement for process efficiency and waste reduction.
• Capture lessons learned and apply best practices to future projects.
