Job summary

Airline Hydraulics in Bucks County, PA is seeking a Project Manager to own the lifecycle of engineering projects from order receipt to final closure. The PM operates onsite in Bensalem and makes decisions to maintain scope, schedule, and budget per contract documents.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, clarifying scope with Sales, handling change orders, and coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and OPG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read hydraulic and mechanical blueprints is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience with manufacturing or production office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering projects of varying values concurrently.
• Maintain familiarity with contract scope and pursue clarifications as needed.
• Identify scope creep and request change orders with Sales before execution.
• Monitor and control project budget and spending.
• Serve as primary point of contact between customer and Airline Hydraulics.
• Coordinate communication between internal groups and outside contractors.
• Schedule and run project meetings; publish notes to stakeholders.
• Define roles within the project team and coordinate responsibilities across engineering groups.
• Plan timelines using industry-standard tools and develop full project plans.
• Track progress, deliverables, and ensure timely delivery of items.
