Job summary

Schneider Electric Corp is seeking a Customer Project Manager in the United States to lead projects from order entry through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with customers, sales teams, manufacturing facilities, vendors, and internal groups to drive successful outcomes.

The role requires strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience handling projects from $150K to $10M

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; engineering degree not required.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing projects with direct ownership of schedules, deliverables, financials, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of customer projects across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Serve as the primary customer contact after award, validating POs, specs, drawings, BOMs, and requirements.
• Manage projects ranging from $150K to $10M across various markets.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; communicate milestones, risks, and status updates.
• Coordinate with manufacturing facilities, suppliers, field services, and vendors to ensure delivery.
• Monitor project performance, including task completion, schedule adherence, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead project kickoffs and facilitate communication among customers, sales, operations, engineering, and support teams.
• Manage project financials: cost tracking, forecasting, change management, and reconciliation.
• Support closeout activities: delivery, installation, startup, training, and customer acceptance.
• Review project documentation, drawings, specs, and product applications to identify value opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem resolution.
