Schneider Electric is seeking a Customer Project Manager in the United States to lead customer projects from order entry through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and strong financial performance. You will coordinate with sales, manufacturing, vendors, and internal teams, manage schedules and budgets, and review drawings and specifications to maximize value for clients.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects with schedules, deliverables, financials, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, electrical, infrastructure, engineering, or related environments preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience reviewing technical documentation, project drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office applications.
• PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications are a plus but not required.
• Military leadership experience or participation in SkillBridge programs is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and customer focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end execution of customer projects from initiation through closeout.
• Serve as primary customer contact after award, validating purchase orders, specifications, drawings, bill of materials, and project requirements.
• Manage projects ranging from approximately $150K to $10M across various markets.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; communicate milestones, risks, and status updates.
• Coordinate with manufacturing facilities, suppliers, field services teams, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor project performance including tasks, schedule adherence, issues, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead project kickoffs and facilitate cross-functional communication.
• Manage project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, changes, and reconciliation.
• Support project closeout activities: equipment delivery, installation, startup, training, and acceptance.
• Review project documentation, drawings, and specifications to identify value-added opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
