Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required; engineering degree not required.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing projects with schedules, deliverables, financials, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, electrical, infrastructure, engineering or related project environments preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience reviewing technical documentation, drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and other PM tools.
• PM certifications (PMP/CAPM) are a plus but not required.
• Military leadership experience or SkillBridge involvement valued.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of customer projects across initiation to closeout.
• Serve as the primary customer contact after award, validating orders, specs, BOMs and requirements.
• Manage projects from $150K to $10M across multiple markets.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, communicating milestones and risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, suppliers, field services, and vendors to ensure delivery.
• Monitor performance, schedule adherence, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead project kickoffs and facilitate cross-functional communication.
• Manage project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, and changes.
• Support closeout activities including delivery, startup, training, and acceptance.
• Review documentation and identify opportunities to add customer value.
