Job summary

Stellar Industrial Supply seeks a Site Support Representative embedded at the Janicki Hamilton facility to deliver on-site customer service, manage orders, and coordinate with internal teams. You will support inventory, vending technologies, and ensure compliance with customer policies while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Primary duties include entering quotes and orders in Prophet 21, communicating with customers, and traveling between Hamilton and Sedro-Woolley as needed to meet

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of customer service or warehousing experience preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably Prophet 21 (P21), is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, products, and service requests.
• Enter quotes, orders, and customer information into the Prophet 21 (P21) ERP system and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and support inventory management and vending technologies.
• Follow customer-specific policies, safety and security protocols while on-site and maintain site certifications.
• Act as Stellar's onsite representative embedded within Janicki Industries Hamilton facility and support Sedro-Woolley as needed.
