Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in customer service or on-site industrial environments preferred.
• Experience using Prophet 21 ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for inquiries and orders.
• Enter quotes and orders into Prophet 21 ERP.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support inventory management and vending/tech solutions.
