Job summary

Stellar Industrial Supply’s Janicki Hamilton site seeks a Site Support Representative, the on-site resource delivering friendly customer service, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Based at the Hamilton facility with occasional travel to Sedro-Woolley, you’ll manage quotes and orders in Prophet 21, support inventory needs, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with customer policies and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of customer service or related experience.
• Experience in on-site, industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably Prophet 21 (P21).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, products, and service requests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through timely communication and proactive problem resolution.
• Enter quotes, orders, and customer information into Prophet 21 (P21) ERP.
• Expedite open quotes and orders while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
