Job summary

Imperial seeks a self-directed Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts and coordinate with outside sales representatives. This onsite role in Rochester Hills, MI reports to the CSR Manager.

You will handle orders, answer product questions, and maintain professional client relations. Key qualifications include strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with preferred prior customer service experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Experience: customer service experience preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts from initial orders to finalization.
• Communicate with outside sales reps, corporate, and wholesale customers.
• Understand color patterns, leather headcovers & accessories.
• Maintain professionalism and build rapport with customers.
• Answer questions about products or direct to the right person.
• Follow up on orders to ensure delivery by dates.
