Job summary

Imperial seeks a self-directed Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts and coordinate with outside sales representatives. This onsite role in Rochester Hills, MI reports to the CSR Manager.

You will handle orders, answer product questions, and maintain professional client relations. Key qualifications include strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with preferred prior customer service experience and a high school diploma.

Job description

Winston Collection is in search of a self-directed Customer Service Representative (CSR) who can manage customer accounts, communicate with outside sales representatives, and handle other projects as assigned. This position reports directly to the CSR Manager.

Salary: $20 - $21 / Hour
Employment Type: Full Time - Hourly
Location: Rochester Hills, Michigan (Onsite)

What You’ll be Doing

• Manage customer accounts from initial orders to finalization.
• Communicate with outside sales representatives as well as corporate and wholesale customers.
• Understand color patterns, leather headcovers & accessories, and other information necessary for maintaining processes.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
• Answer questions from customers or individuals about products or direct them to the appropriate person.
• Follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
• Build relationships with customers and clients.
• Proof designs from the art department.
• Understand company trademarks and registrations.
• Learn and understand the purchase order process.
• Communicate with customers over multiple email systems.
• Work with company-related websites and website orders.

What We Need
