• Ability to perform technical work both remotely and at customer sites.
• Experience coordinating small teams on technical work packages.
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic team environments.
• Clear English communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical issues.
• CompTIA A+ certification

Responsibilities

• Provide L1.5 technical support for Windows PCs, laptops, printers, specialized appliances, and WiFi systems.
• Support technology projects including refreshes and deployments.
• Perform complex technical work activities remotely or at customer sites to meet business and customer requirements.
• Coordinate small teams delivering work packages in alignment with company processes.
• Document and report on work completed to ensure compliance with company and customer procedures.
• Contribute to the development of technical procedures and standards.
• Provide technical leadership to team members and stakeholders.
• Escalate issues through appropriate company processes to ensure customer demands are met.
• Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Communicate complex technical issues clearly to prevent unnecessary escalations.
• Identify skill development needs and pursue opportunities for professional growth
