Qualifications

• Experience supporting a walk-up Tech Bar or concierge help desk.
• Hands-on imaging software and device support.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• CompTIA A+ certification or related PC support certification.
• Customer-focused with strong written and spoken English.
• On-site daily presence at Buffalo location.
• Passion for audiovisual technology and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for end-user devices and related equipment.
• Support walk-up help desk or concierge-style assistance.
• Perform device imaging and related technical tasks.
• Document and track support requests through ticketing systems.
