Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking a reliable Desktop Support Engineer to deliver on-site IT support for enterprise clients in Concord, NH. This contract-based, on-demand role requires hands-on troubleshooting of Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals at client sites.

Responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware and software, resolving network issues (LAN), documenting activities, and adhering to client security policies.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows desktop environments and hardware repair.
• Experience supporting enterprise clients on-site.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.
