Job summary

Kapsch TrafficCom is hiring for an onsite customer service representative in Corona, CA. The role requires 1–3 years in customer service and offers a full benefits package. You will handle inquiries, process payments, and maintain accurate records while working a Monday–Friday schedule with a rotating Saturday shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in customer service call center or retail helpful.
• Excellent communication and professional phone demeanor.
• Able to learn internal, proprietary systems.
• Self-motivated, dependable and team‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer service issues.
• Respond to calls and provide information about the PROGRAM.
• Maintain knowledge of center operations to assist customers.
• Process payments for replenishment or violations.
• Open cases for unsolved inquiries and handle disputes.
