Job summary

LCI is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator at Ft. Benning to provide comprehensive support for customer-related matters and back up Customer Service Representatives.

This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4 PM, with duties spanning order entry, customer communication, and vendor coordination. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with retail or checkout systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Basic retail knowledge and accuracy with computerized checkout systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with customers, vendors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer-related matters with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Assist Customer Service Representatives and provide backup support as needed.
• Navigate Axapta to create and release sales orders; communicate with customers and vendors via phone or email.
