Job summary

LCI is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to provide support across all customer-related matters and backup Customer Service Representatives. The role is onsite at Ft. Gordon, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4 PM, with opportunities to improve processes using Axapta and Excel.

You will maintain customer records, communicate with customers and vendors, quote contracts, and help ensure timely order fulfillment. A high school diploma and one year of experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with one year relevant work experience.
• Basic retail knowledge; accuracy with computerized checkout systems.
• Interpersonal and communication skills with customers, vendors, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all customer related matters.
• Maintain a positive demeanor when assisting customers.
• Navigate Axapta to create and release sales orders.
• Communicate with customers and vendors during the sales order process via phone or email.
• Quote contracts and follow up on quotes.
• Follow up with customers and resolve complaints quickly.
• Create and manage reports tracking sales orders and budgets using AX/Excel.
• Assist at checkout counters to reduce customer wait times.
• Promote BUYBSC site and assist customers with site setup.
