Job summary

LCI Brand in Georgia is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to support the Customer Service team and back up representatives. You will navigate AXapta to create and release sales orders, communicate with customers and vendors, and assist with quotes and contracts.

Your daily activities include updating customer records with emails and phone numbers, coordinating pickups and deliveries, assisting at checkout when needed, following up on surveys, and generating reports in Excel to track orders,

Qualifications

• High school graduate with one year relevant work experience.
• Basic retail knowledge. Accuracy with computerized checkout systems.
• Must have interpersonal skills dealing with customers, vendors, company divisions and management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all customer related matters.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor when assisting customers.
• Able to navigate Axapta to create and release sales orders.
• Communicate with customers and vendors throughout the sales order process via phone or email.
• Knowledge to quote on contracts and follow up on quotes.
• Call customers for additional information as needed.
• Ensure sales orders are reconciled with available material to maximize sales.
• Coordinate pick up/delivery of orders.
• Maintain a list of all customers with email and phone numbers to grow the business.
• Assist customer service representatives at checkout to reduce wait times.
• Follow up with customers to assess satisfaction and capture feedback.
• Create reports to track sales orders and budget impact using AX and Excel.
• Create, modify and email Excel spreadsheets as required by management.
