Job summary

SNI Companies in Saint Petersburg, FL seeks a Customer Account Representative to support a B2B loyalty and rewards team. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, process orders, and provide essential administrative support to the sales group.

This full-time on-site role (swing shift) runs Monday through Friday from 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm. Starting pay is $18–$20 per hour, plus benefits including medical insurance, retirement match, PTO, and more.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary phone point of contact for customers seeking information regarding products and services.
• Process sales orders and ensure accuracy in pricing and product descriptions.
• Assist in resolving customer issues over the phone and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Prepare and send quotations or proposals to potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, updating CRM systems, and handling correspondence.
