Ideal candidates are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and strong communicators, with IT proficiency and a background in customer service. The role includes on-call duties and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Two years’ proven track record in customer service preferred.
• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional phone demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Convert incoming client requests into booked service appointments.
• Respond to client requests via phone, text and email, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
• Collaborate with field and office teams to create seamless service experiences.
• Participate in training to boost booked calls.
• Maintain and update client database with complete and accurate information.
• Make outbound calls.
• Be available for On-Call duties.
