Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Management Consultant to oversee and manage various Commercial Real Estate projects in the greater Atlanta area. Onsite work may be required, including reporting to client offices as needed.

The role involves leading project delivery from initiation through completion, coordinating with clients, designers, and contractors to meet budget and schedule objectives.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience in project management.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects in varying stages.
• Experience with high-end interior projects and demanding clients is preferred.
• Solid ability to deliver under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, risk) for multiple CRE projects.
• Read and apply complex real estate documents (agreements, leases, charters, drawings).
• Interface with clients to define project requirements and develop scope, budget, and milestones.
• Identify and allocate project resources; manage bids and vendor selection.
• Lead project teams and provide direction to meet objectives within budget and schedule.
• Implement change management and ensure documentation governance and data integrity.
