Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex programs for a high-profile commercial client in the Greater Atlanta area. The role involves guiding projects from inception through turnover, with onsite participation as needed.

You will coordinate design, engineering and construction teams, manage budgets and schedules, and liaise with clients and vendors to ensure delivery to high standards. On-site readiness and client-facing responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training.
• Prior experience working with high-rise, high-end interior projects and demanding clients is strongly desired.
• Solid track record of managing multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously and the ability to deliver under pressure or fast-paced environments is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of the project's strategic plans and program initiatives to meet the goals and needs of the Owner.
• Lead the design, engineering and construction team through planning, design, preconstruction and construction activities.
• Initiate and lead the procurement of design, construction and consultant services.
• Serve as liaison between client and design/construction professionals.
• Oversee and review the development of architectural and engineering construction drawings and bid documents.
• Lead value engineering sessions as necessary to reduce cost.
• Develop, monitor and update the master project budget and schedule.
• Provide analysis of budgets and schedules and their effect on the financial objectives and schedule of the project.
• Meet with clients, city officials, architects, engineers, contractors and consultants to present the project status and anticipate issues.
