Qualifications

• CQC certification required and five years of construction experience on new builds or ten years in related work
• EM-385 familiarity and RMS proficiency
• Fluent English communication skills
• OSHA certification and ability to pass background checks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Responsabilités

• On-site management of the CQC program and authority to act in CQC matters
• Oversee submittals, inspections, meetings, reporting, and close-out
• Interface with the customer and subcontractors
• Maintain daily logs and review/approve submittals
• Perform other duties as assigned
