Responsibilities

• Maintain onsite telecom and networking hardware and wiring.
• Address telephone repair and maintenance needs.
• Meet service requirements per customer contract.
• Build relationships with facility personnel and vendors.
• Monitor time and control service-related expenses.
• Provide onsite instruction and training as needed.
