Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience helpful.
• Customer service experience is required.
• 3+ years in a high-tech environment focusing on hardware, software, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide Administrative and Technical Support to the Jail.
• Interact professionally with inmates and staff to foster relationships.
• Track and manage inmate inquiries, grievances, and responses.
• Repair or replace broken telephone sets and manage tablets assets.
• Provide weekly updates of phone system status and repairs.
