Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in telecommunications, including installation, repair, and troubleshooting of inmate communication systems.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to pass criminal background screens.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, correcting, and servicing inmate technology systems.
• Maintain, repair, and operate onsite telecommunications hardware, networking gear, access points, and wiring at correctional facilities.
• Address basic telephone repair and maintenance needs of the facility.
• Meet service requirements as per the customer contract.
• Build and maintain relationships with facility personnel, customers, vendors and contractors to resolve onsite issues.
• Monitor time and control service-related expenses.
• Deliver services promptly to ensure optimal system performance and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide onsite instruction and training for site personnel as necessary.
