Job summary

The-D-Las-Vegas is seeking a Convention Service Manager to coordinate all aspects of convention events post-contract, acting as the liaison between the event planner and venue departments. The role requires onsite presence during events and the ability to manage group details and banquet orders with professionalism.

Qualified candidates will have 2–3 years in the hotel industry, proficiency in Delphi and Opera, and strong English communication skills. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales or related field.
• 2-3 years' experience in the hotel industry preferred.
• Must communicate in English and follow company policies.
• Working knowledge of Delphi and Opera.

Responsibilities

• Execute all BEOs.
• Stay onsite for events, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Promote the Company Service Standards at all times.
• Communicate with Guests professionally.
• Handle group details relating to Group Resume and Banquet Event Orders.
• Ensure contract specifications are met on-site.
• Organize the Reservation Process.
• Ensure payment guidelines are adhered to.
