Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks an on-site Project Leader to plan, execute and complete complex building systems projects for customers, ensuring safety, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate hardware design, system programming, installation, commissioning, and warranty with subcontractors, while managing costs and cash flow. The role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have technical associate's degree with 2 years field experience or 4 years equivalent.
• Access Control, Fire, Video, and/or systems design/commissioning experience.
• Appropriate licensing, certifications, and relevant hands-on experience.
• Ability to perform work independently.
• Strong PC skills; knowledge of project accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site projects to plan, execute, and complete installations safely and cost-effectively.
• Oversee hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, commissioning, and project closeout.
• Manage costs, billings, and collections; ensure profitability and cash flow.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors and internal teams across project phases.
• Ensure compliance with AHJ requirements and Johnson Controls safety standards.
